About PEFAV

One word to describe this organization-an answered prayer. I was privileged to join this family in December 2019. I can remember how excited I was to attend the end of the year hangout. The colour theme for the hangout was purple and the topic to be discussed was along the lines of handling relationships as a lady. It was an interactive meeting where we shared our thoughts with the guest speaker. There was a lot of unlearning, learning and relearning (and lots to eat and drink). Ever since then, I’ve tried not to miss any of the hangouts.

Enough about that. Now, a proper PEFAV introduction.

PEFAV Enugu branch was founded on the 13th of September, 2017 by Amforgod Ijeoma Anuna. PEFAV which is an abbreviation for Perfect Finish Amazing Vessel Foundation is a Non-Governmental Organization that focuses on helping the African Woman attain relevance via mental empowerment and emotional stability; and to help equip her to fulfil purpose resourcefully, as an asset to her creator, family, herself and the society at large. Naturally, the African woman is a bundle of grace, aesthetically designed, energetic and resourceful. Hence, PEFAV guides her in the discovery of these qualities so as to channel those for a highly resourceful life in the larger society.

What’s the driving force behind PEFAV? Why are we passionate about this gender?

To create a non-judgmental and listening platform of love, where women and ladies can vent their heart issues, receive godly counsel, embrace the grace and beauty embodied in one another, and celebrate themselves as sisters, fearfully and wonderfully made by God.

To raise ladies and women who will be positive change agents in their spheres of influence and catalyst for sustainable positive global change.

To resource ladies and women through skill acquisition programs

To raise positive models for the African women and the African girl-child. Models whose legacies will have a trans-generational effect.

To manifest the grace and glory of God packaged in the African woman and the African girl-child

To promote good supportive relationship between man and woman

To uphold the rich African heritage by creating a balance between our culture and the western culture, thereby grafting their good values of love, openness, commitment, honesty, integrity and sincerity while retaining our own values like respect, fidelity, chastity and hospitality.

To help the African woman enjoy life to the fullest as ordained by God.
